Pendulum crash test DIN EN ISO 14120:2015
DIN EN ISO 14120:2015 specifies this pendulum test.
Of course, all our safety fence systems comply with this standard.
Our systems have far more retention force than these specified minimum loads. Better safe than sorry.
Pendulum crash test 3 mm polycarbonate
There are systems where the polycarbonate pane only sits in a narrow groove. Here, of course, there is the possibility that the pane jumps out under extreme load. Not so with our system. The pane is connected to the frame over a large area. In particularly endangered areas, you could additionally secure it against popping out with a screw.
Pendulum crash test 1300 joule
DIN EN ISO 14120 is not enough for us. We prove to you that our system is rightly one of the most stable protective fence systems on the market. The test with 1,300 joules simulates, for example, a cyclist who would drive against a fence in the factory halls at 19.44 km/h. Our system can also withstand such a load without any problems. Crash Test Customer
One of our major customers did a crash test here himself to see the stability of the system. Since loading gantries are also very often used in his projects, he wanted to see how an overhead protection reacts to this force.
