Protective fences: strong, flexible, important The clever approach to workplace safety and space allocation not only keeps machines at an appropriate distance from employees. A modular principle of coordinated components also makes assembly quick and easy. Columns, walls, doors, corners - here one connects to the other. Different element widths and system heights open up a wide range of customised space solutions for every company. Employees, machines, plants, robots, storage and logistics are safe behind the protective fences. The construction gives the individual elements the necessary stability with a low weight. This pays off especially during assembly, but also during modification and dismantling. New machines and workplaces can be safely set up with machine guards. The wide range of wall elements, floor supports and door construction packages makes it easy to expand or reduce the size of enclosed rooms and workplaces. Wall elements can be converted into hinged doors or sliding door elements in just a few steps, the flexible door hinge changes sides in no time at all. Mobile safety fences are assembled just as quickly as they are dismantled and can be stored temporarily until they are needed again.
Protective fences - from protective system to room system Machine safety in manufacturing is of utmost importance. Although many options for safety components can be implemented, safety fence systems are a relatively simple solution to maximize worker protection. Not only do these systems create a safer work environment for machine operators and employees, but they also provide a number of overall business benefits.
Safety fences provide a physical barrier between machine operators and potentially hazardous machinery. They protect against accidents that can injure or even kill equipment operators and other employees working on surrounding machinery. Accidents are not only tragic, but in many ways costly and preventable. Protective fencing not only increases worker safety and eliminates costs, but also minimizes wear and tear on equipment, optimizing operations and extending its life.
The various protective fences in robust design When employee safety needs are met, the entire organization can operate more effectively. By implementing safety fences in the facility, employees can be confident that they are protected from danger. As a result, machines will operate more efficiently. By minimizing safety hazards, work area disruptions, and machine downtime, safety fences support the entire production process at optimal capacity.
All our safety fences have an extremely stable and robust design. The elements of the OptiSafe ™ safety fence, for example, have a 20 x 20 millimeter square frame. The system is supplied with three millimetre polycarbonate panes as standard. A 4 mm pane solution can also be offered. These can be fitted with clear or smoke coloured panes. Coloured versions are also available. The
different versions include:
- Lattice safety fencesSheet metal elements
- and also polycarbonate systems.
These also protect people and machinery to a certain extent from sparks as well as hot and dangerous liquids. Both versions effectively prevent flying parts and chips from entering the outside area of the plant. Special sizes and deviating designs can be provided on request for both variants. Due to the barrier-free view of the polycarbonate elements, the user can easily follow and monitor the processes. The clear design clearly enhances the machine/plant.
