Vertical shortening set
If a dimension has changed during assembly on site, you can adapt this flexibly with our shortening sets.
Simply cut the element horizontally to the desired dimension and reassemble it with the shortening set by screwing it together.
Our shortening sets are available in all panel heights for ProSafe and SmartSafe.

Even more safety
Edge trim made of reinforced rubber
If a breakthrough is necessary (e.g. breakthrough for conveyor technology), no problem, simply cut out the elements accordingly.
Then you can cover this with our rubber edge tape, which is clipped on. This prevents you from injuring yourself on the resulting edges.
The edge tape is available for ProSafe and SmartSafe, in each case by the metre.

Support bracket for posts
Our support bracket increases the stability of the posts when mounted on the ground.
Areas of application are assemblies of a door without top bracing.
The same component can also be used to fix an overhead guard.
In this case, the support bracket is attached to the top of the mullion and a corresponding element is fixed lying on it.
Simple and versatile.
Cover plates to the floor
In welding cells it is often necessary to close the ground clearance to prevent welding beads from penetrating to the outside.
Here, too, we have a solution with our cover plates. These are attached to the bottom of the posts.
The holes for this are already present.
Optionally, you can also use special panels without ground clearance.

All sets and accessories are supplied complete with all necessary screws and materials. The assembly is done with common tools and does not require any special knowledge. Assembly instructions are enclosed.

Gullwing door
Our door sets for hinged doors can be installed as right or left hinged.
An opening of 180° is possible with our hinged doors.
The assembly is very easy, because no holes have to be drilled.
Almost all door widths can be realised. Larger and wider doors are additionally supported with floor rollers.
Of course we also supply the retaining plates for the safe and accurate mounting of your circuit breakers. We also supply these if required.

Double wing door
With our door sets for double wing doors, larger openings are also possible.
The doors can be opened by 180°.
