Material flow systems

The Star Conveyor is a material handling system designed to transport workpieces on pallets or directly on the chain. Our most powerful system transports workpieces up to 200 KG per pallet. The standard products are classified in 3 different versions.

There is also a system where the workpiece is transported directly on the chain. Pallets and conveyor systems are designed according to the customer's needs. The conveyor systems can be supplemented with special additional equipment according to the customer's requirements.

We have developed a method for increasing the service life by giving the wear parts a surface hardness of up to 1200 HV (Vickers hardness). This gives the conveyor a high wear resistance, which makes it very suitable for harsh operating environments and difficult applications.

This system has been developed for the interlinking of processes with heavy parts. It is unique in that the friction values for determining the force of driving the goods carrier in the direction of flow can be set at will on various elements.

Due to the exact determination of the optimum friction values, the service life of the wear parts is considerably increased. The WT axles are made of aluminium with integrated rollers. This design serves as a shield against residues on the pallet track and prevents crushing.

The carrier plate varies in design, depending on customer requirements and corresponding wishes. Alternative materials are steel and plastic.

This system is designed for the transport of long (cylindrical) and asymmetrical parts. This prevents possible tilting moments on the goods carriers. Also when different products are to be transported on one pallet.

By shifting the centre of gravity of the workpiece holders and by additionally attaching a roller, a smooth and quiet running of the goods carrier is ensured. In addition, the service life of the wear parts in the area of the transport chain is increased, as the weight forces there are reduced.

The goods carrier is tailor-made according to the workpieces. Starting with gears, shafts, up to various cast parts. Special solutions even allow several parts and types to be transported on one pallet.

A system for connecting and controlling flexible material flows. The PS930 can be used in most industries and for almost all products. From simple machine loading to complex applications. With its modular design with standardized components, any layout variant can be realized.

This conveyor is characterized by the unique engineering and offers a variety of possibilities to transport workpieces of different diameters.

The preferred application of the MS 7000 is the transport of cylindrical parts. The system can be easily converted to other types (diameters) due to the adjustable side guides. Speeds of up to 12m/min. can be realized.
