QAT articulated/swivel arm with tool tray

The universally applicable QAT is used for ergonomic workplace equipment, it optimises work processes, reduces accidents at work and non-productive time.

With a rotary movement of almost 360° around the column and the tool tableau, which can also be rotated by almost 360°, the QAT makes it possible to guide tools, energy, media and small/additional parts around a vehicle or other component, thus enabling extremely short walking distances. With an extension arm length of up to 5 m (= radius), a working area of up to 80 m² is covered compared to linear guided energy rail systems (e.g. our PS 3 Energy-Line).

The ergonomics also leave nothing to be desired: Tools and media are always at hand at an ergonomic reach height. The risk of accidents is minimised as there are no tools or hoses and cables on the floor. The ease with which the tableau can be taken along, and the resulting short walking distances, also save time and money.

The payback time of a QAT is correspondingly short due to the savings in non-productive time, the increase in productivity (efficiency), the reduction in cycle times and the risk of accidents.
