The QAT articulated/swivel arm ensures that workstations can be set up flexibly and efficiently. With a height-adjustable QAT arm, tools and monitors can be positioned exactly where they are needed. The universally applicable QAT is used for ergonomic workplace equipment, it optimizes work processes, reduces work accidents and non-productive time.
With a rotary movement of almost 360° around the column and the tool tray, which can also be rotated by almost 360°, the QAT enables tools, energy, media and small/attachment parts to be guided around a vehicle or other component, thus enabling extremely short walking distances. With a boom arm length of up to 5 m (= radius), a working area of up to 80 m² is covered compared to linear guided energy rail systems (e.g. our PS 3 Energy-Line).
The ergonomics also leave nothing to be desired: Tools and media are always at hand at an ergonomic reach height. The risk of accidents is minimized as there are no tools, hoses or cables on the floor. The ease with which the tableau can be carried and the associated short walking distances also save time and money. The QAT is a functional workstation accessory that is a useful addition to existing workstation systems and significantly increases ease of use in assembly and production areas.
