Supply module PS 3

The PS3 basic rail has a length of 6m and consists of 3 main components; volume storage, travel profile and hose magazine. Every 2 metres a compressed air outlet hood is pre-mounted on the volume accumulator, extending upwards. This allows both stationary and flexible outlets to be realised. The individual 6 metre long rail sections are connected by means of rail connectors.

The mountable rail length in axial direction is not limited. Special rail lengths of less than 6 metres can be ordered ex works.

Hose magazine, energy unit, stop buffers and the pick-up / tool trolley are assembled on site. The cycle length for compressed air can vary between 2 and 18 meters. The PS3 - system is constructed from non-critical components, so that a stock of spare parts is not necessary. Due to this and the multitude of fastening possibilities on the profile, the PS3 system is predestined to take on further tasks.

Due to the highly rigid profile combination of energy carrier rail and travel profile, suspension distances of up to 3 meters can be realized, whereby the permissible suspension load is still 125 kg / meter.
